Equipment history analysis and action taking Job Description: SAP Maintenance Programmer 1\. Administration of preventive maintenance software, updating and supplementing work orders. 2\. Support in requesting basic spare parts for maintenance work execution. 3\. Support in mechanical maintenance tasks. 4\. Support in electrical maintenance tasks. 5\. Administer, plan, and schedule maintenance activities (basic, preventive, and corrective) 6\. ·Responsible for maintenance personnel training 7\. ·Responsible for designing the annual equipment maintenance program 8\. ·Verify compliance with preventive maintenance 9\. ·Record, verify, and maintain equipment history records 10\. ·Analyze, interpret, and take action on equipment histories and indicators 11\. ·Generate and control maintenance indicators 12\. ·Generate and track maintenance requisitions 13\. ·Generate maintenance orders 14\. ·Provide feedback and close maintenance orders 15\. ·Approve and/or reject maintenance requests 16\. Generate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance orders in SAP 17\. Review work orders generated during the shift in the SAP system 18\. Generate reports on maintenance department KPIs 19\. Coordinate with production scheduler regarding shutdowns for preventive or corrective maintenance. 20\. Review inventory levels and spare parts registration in warehouse. 21\.
