**Job Description** We are seeking an **Operational Supervisor** with experience in private security and motorcycle driving skills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and verifying the proper performance of security guards across various services, ensuring compliance with company protocols and standards. **Responsibilities** * Supervise security guards’ work on-site at different locations. * Conduct verification patrols on motorcycle. * Address incidents and operational reports in real time. * Ensure compliance with security procedures and internal regulations. * Prepare daily reports and provide feedback to the operations department. * Coordinate shift changes and cover operational incidents. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational supervision within private security. * **Valid driver’s license for automobiles**. * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours. * Familiarity with the city and access routes. * Leadership ability, personnel management skills, and problem-solving capability. * Minimum education: Completed high school. * **Must reside in León, Guanajuato**. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Company-provided motorcycle. * Uniform and communication equipment. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
