* Record and reconcile bank loan and intercompany transactions, as well as interest payments by Provident Mexico, to ensure their accurate inclusion in the financial information submitted to IPF and provided to relevant institutions.
* Identify, calculate, and record expense deferrals, such as operational bonuses paid during the month, marketing bonuses, and agent bonuses related to loan placements with customers, to correctly record and defer these bonus costs over the same timeframe in which Provident Mexico gradually recognizes loan income over the life of the loans.
* Conduct technical analysis to approve or reject the accounting treatment of assets as Fixed Assets, based on proposals from various business areas acquiring Fixed Assets.
* Record all transactions of the statutory company Provident Mexico under the General Accounting framework, including: Leases (IFRS 16), Revenue and Loan Portfolio (IFRS 9), Payroll, Social Security Contributions, Tax Payments, and all items related to corporate and fiscal period closings, ensuring their proper inclusion in the financial information submitted to IPF or provided to external users of financial information.
* Design necessary controls over the accounting entries for Bank Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset Module (Additions, Disposals, Depreciation), Equity, Provisions, Interest, Commissions, Revaluations, Bonuses, Payroll, SUA, and ISN for the statutory company Provident Mexico, to ensure their appropriate incorporation into financial information.
* Perform balance sheet account reconciliations assigned to you—including Loan Recovery, IFRS 16, Taxes, and SUA—to confirm the accuracy of accounting balances.
