Job Objective: Manage and monitor operational processes related to the registration, validation, and control of sales force information, ensuring correct folio capture, document integrity, and timely communication with stores, banks, and internal departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Update and maintain databases of procedures originating from various sources, ensuring reliability for productivity measurement and commission calculation. • Track folios and procedures, addressing questions, clarifications, and requests from the sales force. • Manage recovery of documents for incomplete procedures and coordinate their submission to the control desk. • Analyze operational data to identify inconsistencies and propose solutions. • Extract and consolidate information sent by banking institutions. • Review procedure statuses and request updates from relevant departments. • Follow up on pending procedures. • Organize and safeguard physical documentation (acknowledgments and requests). REQUIREMENTS: • Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in administrative, economic, or related fields. • Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative tasks, data analysis, or operational follow-up. • Technical skills: Intermediate to Advanced Excel (mandatory), Outlook; Python or other programming languages knowledge is desirable.
