**Purpose of the Position** Design, develop, and implement technological solutions that optimize company operations, leading the software architecture for internal systems and customer-facing mobile applications. This role ensures efficient data integration, process automation, and scalability of digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities** · Internal Systems Design and Architecture: Analyze operational processes, design modular architecture, and define development standards. · Mobile and Web Application Development: Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces (UI/UX) and mobile/web applications. · Data Management and Modeling: Design and maintain databases, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with data analysts. · Operational Automation and Optimization: Implement tools and scripts to automate workflows and ensure system stability. · Technical Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, review code, document architectures, and guide technical decisions. **Technical Requirements** · Frontend: React, Vue.js, or Angular; HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Tailwind or Bootstrap. · Mobile: Flutter, React Native, or equivalent hybrid frameworks. · Backend: Node.js, .NET, or Python (FastAPI/Django). · Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server. · Infrastructure: Docker, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, AWS or Azure. · Others: REST/GraphQL APIs, version control (Git), security and performance. · Software architecture design **Professional Profile** · Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. · Experience designing scalable architectures and full-stack development. · Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · Proactive focus on automation, efficiency, and usability. **Personal Competencies** · Project management · Analytical and systemic thinking. · Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement. · Effective communication and technical leadership. · Technological curiosity and constant learning. · Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
