Opportunity for career development within the company Operational Supervisor of Private Security Company: R2 Security | Private Security Location: Veracruz, Ver At R2 Security, a leading company in the private security sector, we are looking for a candidate with leadership and operational focus to join our team as an Operational Supervisor, responsible for ensuring the proper execution of field services. Main Responsibilities: Conduct preventive inspections at various service locations. Supervise the proper appearance of security personnel (complete and appropriate uniform). Verify compliance with instructions and protocols at each service. Review incident logs and visitor records. Ensure work areas remain clean and orderly. Identify operational incidents and provide timely follow-up. Cover services in case of staff absences to avoid disrupting operations or affecting clients. Maintain constant communication with operational staff. Address and follow up on the needs of field personnel. Requirements: Prior experience in supervisory, coordination, or management roles. Experience in private security (preferred). Leadership, responsibility, and decision-making skills. Availability for fieldwork. Excellent service attitude and communication skills.
