The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing investments, placing daily loans, evaluating creditworthiness, promoting financial products, and recovering placed credits. Responsibilities: 1\. Investment Acquisition: * Identify investment opportunities to attract new funds. * Advise clients on the various investment options available. 2\. Loan Placement: * Assess the financial viability of loan applicants. * Make informed decisions regarding loan approvals. 4\. Promotion of Financial Products: * Develop strategies to promote the cooperative's financial products. * Participate in marketing activities and events to increase visibility. 5\. Credit Recovery: * Implement effective strategies for recovering placed credits. * Maintain proactive communication with clients to manage payments. Requirements: * Proven experience in the financial field. * Strong credit assessment skills. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented and ability to work in a team. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
