Your primary objective will be: To support the Information Technology Management team in maintaining the technology platform and assisting in automation development. The main responsibilities include: * Technology platform maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company’s hardware and software technology platforms; perform and supervise data backups—both physical and cloud-based—for various users and applications. * User support: Provide necessary assistance to users during working hours. * Automation development support: Assist in implementing solutions to improve internal processes, and carry out maintenance and supervision of both new and existing developments. We seek candidates who possess: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience. * Proficiency in at least one software development language: Python, JAVA, JavaScript. * Knowledge of at least one database system: SQL, NoSQL. * Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud) is desirable. * Interest in Artificial Intelligence applications.
