* Perform cleaning and maintenance within the facilities through cleaning activities, prevention, inspections, and minor maintenance tasks with the objective of keeping their workplace in optimal conditions. * Use matrices, checklists, logs as feedback to ensure compliance with assigned activities and proper condition of facilities under their responsibility. * Meet presentation and customer service standards according to Customer Service Standards to provide a memorable service to customers. * Support and participate in different roles at the Store according to the Store Manager's planning in order to comply with established processes for their center. * Receive and apply required training and instruction according to courses assigned by Universidad Coppel to develop their knowledge and skills. * Participate in activities that promote Coppel culture, as well as development and achievement of goals for their personal growth. * Assist in operational tasks such as receiving inventory, assembling display fixtures, store walkthroughs, etc., according to the store's operational needs to improve customer service.
