An international company specializing in forklift sales is seeking: **Forklift Maintenance Technical Service** REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in **Industrial Electrical Engineering**, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Automotive Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Experience with electric and internal combustion forklifts. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel to various states across the country. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Electrical and electronic systems. * Internal combustion and electric (LITHIUM) systems. * Mechanical diagnosis and repair. * Preventive maintenance of forklifts. * Safe operation of forklifts. * Knowledge of lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries. SKILLS: * Proficiency in using digital mechanical tools, diagnostic equipment, and calibration instruments. * Ability to interpret manuals (electrical diagrams, troubleshooting electrical faults, controls and sensors, hydraulic diagrams, valves, cylinders, leaks, pressures, flow rates, parts ordering, part identification, reading part numbers, component knowledge). * Knowledge of maintenance (preventive maintenance at various service-hour intervals as specified in the service manual). * Diagnosis and repair of faults (hydraulic, electrical, combustion, starting, charging, braking, etc.). * Use of diagnostic software or apps. * Problem-solving analysis, fault identification, and root-cause localization. * Logical\-technical thinking. * Clear communication to explain faults, timelines, and costs. * Customer service orientation. * Teamwork. * Organization and discipline. * Report completion. * Handling of service orders and logbooks. * Compliance with industrial safety procedures. * Technical English (manufacturer's manuals).
