Job Summary: We are seeking a Development Engineer with experience in mechanical and process design to create and improve products, components, or manufacturing processes in the metal-mechanical industry. Join our team—we are looking for a **Development Engineer**. We are a metal-mechanical company dedicated to retail furniture manufacturing. We are located 15 minutes from the center of Tizayuca, Hidalgo. **Required Experience**: * Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related fields). * 1–3 years of experience in product development, process development, or industrial engineering. * Knowledge of mechanical and/or process design, blueprint reading and interpretation, proficiency in **Inventor (mandatory)**, CAD tools such as AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and development methodologies. **Specific Job Responsibilities**: * Develop new products, components, or manufacturing processes. * Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Design and validate prototypes, pilot tests, and production runs. * Prepare drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, and technical documentation. * Participate in the industrialization of new products and processes. * Analyze project costs, timelines, and technical feasibility. * Propose continuous improvements to existing products and processes. * Coordinate quality, functional, and performance testing. * Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and maintenance departments. * Manage engineering changes. * Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, and technical standards. * Prepare technical reports, project progress updates, and closure documentation. **Skills** Analytical thinking, Project management, Technical innovation and creativity **We Offer** * Statutory benefits + Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Gross monthly salary: 18,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday
