A company powered by our people.** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables and formulas) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position * Experience in handling and controlling evidence * Experience with self-service accounts (Walmart, City Fresko, among others) **Key Responsibilities:** * Collection, retrieval, and management of operational evidence (PODs) * Timely POD tracking to meet logistics area KPIs * Monitoring and tracking of transportation lines and operators * Direct communication with customers for operational follow-up * Validation and control of customer document numbers * Review and validation of invoices * Data entry and system updates in customer systems * Preparation and updating of KPI reports * Operational incident tracking * Continuous process updates and improvement within the area Working Hours * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Availability to work weekends and overtime as required by operations **Work Location: Mega Campus** * 55796 Nextlalpan, Méx. **We Offer:** * $14,931 monthly gross salary * 10% food vouchers * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Indefinite-term employment contract. **At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to fully develop your skills and professional potential.
