User support and incident resolution We are looking for Engineers across various regions of the Mexican Republic. · Technician in Systems or incomplete degree in Systems Engineering or related IT field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, maintenance, user support, and information security. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and printers. · Knowledge of ticketing systems, networks, and backups. · Provide user support via ticketing tools. · Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop computers. · Install applications, system images, and Windows operating systems. · Perform data backups. · Knowledge of VPN networks.
