We are looking for a **Logistics Operations Coordinator** with experience in warehouses and distribution centers, focused on results, operational leadership, and continuous improvement. Requirements * Minimum verifiable experience of 6 months in distribution center or logistics operations. * Experience in areas such as: * Receiving * Shipping * Inventory management * Picking * Returns * Management of operational indicators (KPIs). * Experience leading teams of approximately 35 people. * Minimum education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Age: 20 to 45 years old. * Availability to rotate shifts and work extended hours as required by operations. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and optimize merchandise distribution. * Supervise storage, picking, and transportation processes. * Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance with operational regulations. * Guarantee operational efficiency of the distribution center. * Lead and develop the operational team. * Monitor performance and productivity indicators.
