Verify and analyze each client's file to submit for management to the lending institution 2. Manage and follow up on visits from the Valuation Unit 3. Review the follow-up of files with the lending institution to obtain mortgage loan approval 4. Review final loan conditions to schedule the deed signing appointment with the notary and client 5. Guarantee and follow up on documentation required by the lending institution for prompt loan payment 6.
