The successful candidate will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to engage in learning, develop positive relationships, and build confidence and emotional resilience. **Benefits of the role:** * A supportive and friendly school environment that you can thrive in * Opportunities for professional development and training * The chance to make a meaningful impact every single day * Competitive salary 425\- 500 per week! * Access to your own personal dedicated consultant **What you will be doing:** * Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs. * Support students in managing behaviour and emotions positively. * Work closely with Teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support strategies. * Encourage participation, independence and personal development. * Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils. * Assist in creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment * Monitor and record student progress and behaviours. **The ideal candidate will have:** * Hold previous experience working with children with SEMH, SEND or behavioural needs. * A calm, patient and resilient approach. * Strong communication and relationship building skills. * A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people. * Level 3 Teaching assistant qualification is advantageous, but not essential. * Based locally to Wolverhampton **APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP** All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy * + Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained + You must have legal right to work in the UK + You must be willing to attend a registration interview All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14\.3% statutory holiday pay.
