You will be a key player in ensuring the plant's operational continuity. ***What you will do*** * Supervise ongoing maintenance activities. * Generate work orders and conduct follow-ups. * Prepare activity and results reports. * Detect failures and coordinate immediate corrective maintenance. * Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment. * Supervise area personnel and verify task completion. * Prepare spare parts quotations and follow up on purchases. * Propose improvements in processes and procedures. ***Requirements*** * Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Processes, or related field. * Knowledge of measurement equipment. * Computer literacy and basic software proficiency. * Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving ability. * Experience supervising personnel. * Ability to work under pressure and results-oriented. * Adaptability to working in a plant environment. ***What we offer*** * Competitive salary based on experience (30,000 to 35,000 MXN) * Statutory and additional benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Job stability and constant support from the operations team. * Dynamic work environment.
