**Experts Group is seeking a Data Entry Clerk in Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Automotive industry company seeks a **DATA ENTRY CLERK IN WAREHOUSE** **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Minimum 1 year of experience as a data entry clerk * Availability to rotate shifts **Responsibilities:** * Enter information within the warehouse area; move materials to perform assigned tasks; file documents according to instructions provided; ensure data and information are stored in an organized manner for easy retrieval, access, extraction, and interpretation * Record product inflows and outflows; collect, organize, manage, and update data and information by entering them into databases and other computer systems; i.e., work with textual and numerical data to transform such information into the required format * Review, verify, and process documents such as purchase orders (POs), invoices (Fac), material receipts; attach documents and file them in appropriate locations * Ensure protection of information from unauthorized personnel * Regularly back up information * Evaluate and process reports related to product inventory, as requested * Maintain accurate and complete supplier records **Offered:** * Gross monthly salary of $9,945 * Annual shoe bonus of $750.00 * Monthly seniority bonus of $200.00 * Work location: Attizapán de Zaragoza, Lago Esmeralda, 52989 Cdad.
