A company driven by our people.** **Requirements:** * High school diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably completed. * Experience generating appointments on self-service portals. * Proficiency in Excel (report handling, pivot tables, and presentations). * Experience with SAP, ORACLE, or JDA. * Knowledge of the geographical area (Mexico). **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure and process 100% of orders transmitted by the customer. * Timely tracking of orders transmitted by the customer, including those not reflected in OTM. * Accurate data entry into the OTM system. * Knowledge of appointments and self-service portals. * Generate appointments on self-service platforms for customer-scheduled orders. * General knowledge of Mexico. **Work Location: Nextlalpan** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. **We Offer:** * $15,000 gross monthly salary. * Grocery vouchers worth 10%. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Indefinite-term employment contract. **At DHL Mexico, you'll find an environment that challenges you to maximize your skills and professional potential.
