




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support operational staff, provide application support, record and track incidents, and deliver training. Key Highlights: 1. Attention and resolution of operational staff inquiries 2. Training staff on app usage and internal processes 3. Ongoing communication for incident resolution **Main Responsibilities:** * Addressing and resolving operational staff inquiries. * Providing support and follow-up regarding attendance app usage. * Recording and tracking attendance-related incidents (absences, tardiness, clock-in/clock-out errors). * Assisting in correcting and routing attendance-related incidents. * Training operational staff on app usage and internal processes. * Following up on staff reports and clarifications. * Preparing basic attendance reports. * Maintaining ongoing communication with internal departments to resolve incidents. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in help desk, operational staff support, or administrative support. * Basic proficiency in mobile applications and attendance tracking systems. * Ability to train and clearly explain processes. * Strong communication skills, patience, and service-oriented attitude. * Organizational skills and case tracking ability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Initial and ongoing training. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
