Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cook to develop menus, prepare meals for patients and staff, and ensure high-quality food service under supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support to the nutrition department and dish plating HOSPITAL POLANCO PACHUCA IS SEEKING: COOK Education: Technical degree in Food and Beverages or related field, with official title and license Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable experience in kitchen operations within a hospital, restaurant, or hotel Schedule availability for rotating shifts, 12 x 36 schedule Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: Develop menus to deliver quality service to all hospital patients. Prepare meals for patients and staff. Provide food service compliant with current regulatory standards to maintain hygienic handling of utensils and food.
