Job Summary: Comprehensive management of receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of raw materials and commercial POP furniture products, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely supply. Maintains warehouse order and cleanliness Manage receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of raw materials, production materials, work-in-process, and finished commercial POP furniture products, guaranteeing inventory accuracy and timely supply to production lines. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and verify supplies against purchase orders (raw materials: wood, hardware, sheet metal, printing materials, etc.) * Record receipts and issuances in the system (ERP/Excel) * Issue materials to production areas according to schedule * Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records * Perform cycle counts and participate in periodic inventories * Properly label, classify, and locate materials on shelves * Coordinate shipments of finished products to customers * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness (5S methodology) * Generate reports on receipts, issuances, losses, and inventory discrepancies * Report shortages, overages, or damaged materials to supervisor **Required Profile** **Education** * Minimum: High school diploma or completed technical program * Preferred: Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in manufacturing plant warehouses or similar environments * Preferred experience in furniture, metallurgical, or retail/POP companies **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in Excel or other ERP systems: control tables, inventories * Ability to read production orders and delivery notes * 5S methodology **Skills** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy * Organization and time management * Teamwork with production and procurement departments * Effective communication **Attitudinal Competencies** * Responsibility and integrity * Proactivity * Ability to withstand pressure during production peaks Salary: Starting at $10,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
