At ISA Solutions, we are seeking to integrate a CNC Operator with experience in precision metal-mechanical manufacturing into our team. **Required Profile** * Education: Technical High School Diploma, TSU, technical degree, or equivalent experience in CNC machining. * Experience: Minimum 2 years operating CNC lathes, machining centers, or similar processes. * Knowledge: * Interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators, etc.). * Basic machine adjustments, offsets, and tool changes. * Dimensional inspection of parts. * Skills: Responsibility, organization, quality focus, teamwork, and sense of urgency. * Experience operating CNC lathes. * Basic knowledge of setups and material preparation. * Experience in a certified environment or metal-mechanical manufacturing. **Responsibilities** * Operation of CNC lathes and/or machining centers. * Dimensional verification of parts during processing. * Basic tool adjustments and compensations. * Material preparation and support in setups. * Compliance with work instructions and quality standards. * Production recordkeeping and tracking. * Equipment and tool maintenance, and area organization. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with knowledge and experience.
