




Your main responsibilities will be: \- Managing a project in terms of time, cost, scope, and quality \- Organizing the project both in offices and on site \- Acting as the key leader for the projects under your responsibility \- Responsible for making project-related decisions \- Developing execution schedules \- Monitoring construction contracts and supplies \- Leading an engineering team \- Leading a supervision team \- Coordinating project staff (supervisors, technicians, operators) \- Managing suppliers \- Ensuring compliance with execution schedules \- Contributing to internal process improvements \- Preparing field reports and executive reports We are looking for professionals with: \- 5 \+ years of experience managing projects (Industrial Building Construction) \- Proven leadership skills in personnel management \- Degree in Engineering or Architecture (Specialization in Project Management desirable) \- Proficiency in drafting software (Autocad essential, Microstation desirable) \- Proficiency in Office suite (including Project) Job type: Temporary or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 12 months Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Company phone * Free uniforms Application questions: * What types of projects have you managed? * Name an industrial building constructed under your leadership * How many people have you led in your projects?
