Resolution of technical issues in the field. *Qiora, Telecommunications Leader, is seeking*: **CREW COORDINATOR** REQUIREMENTS: \-Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field \-Age between 30 and 45 years \-Resident of Puebla, Pue \-Availability of time \-Valid driver’s license and ability to drive \-Proven experience in TELECOMMUNICATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Supervise crew punctuality and attendance \-Manage workforce, respecting rest schedules, vacation plans, and incapacity arrangements for crews \-Monitor KPIs (Productivity and Excellence, Failure Rate, Installation Quality, reduction of repeat incidents, punctuality and attendance of assigned personnel) \-Ensure crews have complete uniforms, tools, and safety equipment in good operational condition. \-Address and resolve any issues arising with field technicians during service installation and delivery. \-Conduct material and tool inventory at each warehouse\-crew \-Constant monitoring via the SAP platform to verify equipment and material status for assigned crews.
