




Job Summary: Accounting professional with payroll experience to support payroll calculation, affiliation transaction monitoring, and client information management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in client payroll calculation and management. 2. Monitoring of affiliation transactions and tracking of client information. 3. Updating client enrollment files and client records. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of payroll experience. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Payroll, Excel, IMSS, and Income Tax (ISR). * Intermediate Excel skills preferred. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. ***RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE PERFORMED:*** * Support and calculation of client payroll. * Processing and monitoring of affiliation transactions: employee onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and disability claims. * Submission of social security cost / ISN / ISR payroll reports before each client's deadline. * Collection and tracking of information for assigned clients. * Issuance, delivery, and retention of payroll receipts. * Support and updating of enrollment files (disability, seniority, RFC, address). * Support, tracking, and updating of assigned clients' records (CPS, CSF, documentation). ***WE OFFER:*** * Statutory benefits. * Training for performing job duties. * Excellent work environment.
