Systems Assistant

Description

Job Summary: A technical support professional responsible for maintaining equipment, networks, video surveillance systems, and other IT systems, with strong organizational and teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware, software, printer, and structured cabling maintenance. 2. Network, CCTV video surveillance, and operating system configuration. 3. ERP (Microsip) operation, basic electronics, and data backup. TECHNICAL SUPPORT - Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment (hardware and software) - Preventive and corrective maintenance of EPSON and EC-LINE printers (dot matrix and thermal). - Installation of structured cabling (work at heights up to 5 meters) - Network maintenance and configuration (switches, routers, access points, and TCP/IP networks); installation and configuration of CCTV video surveillance systems (DAHUA and HIKVISION brands) - ERP knowledge (Microsip preferred); familiarity with operating systems and office suites (Windows and Office) - Basic electronics knowledge (multimeter usage); weekend shift coverage; inventory control, fixed assets management, service tracking, and reporting. - Basic knowledge of Windows servers. - Telephony knowledge; data backup execution; remote connection tools (TeamViewer, Ultraviewer, AnyDesk) - Standard vehicle operation with valid driver's license. - Organized, team-oriented, stress-tolerant, responsible, proactive, and flexible regarding working hours.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Technical/Professional education 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Skills: Structured cabling, network configuration, hardware, printers, systems engineering, installations, technical support Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, system
