Tubtech is a German metal-mechanical company operating in Puebla since 2001. Due to growth, we are seeking interns for the Quality Department; therefore, applicants must currently be pursuing a degree in **Industrial Engineering.** * Implementation of inspection programs in statistical process control software, database analysis to identify trends, and execution of continuous improvement projects. **Responsibilities:** * Development of inspection programs using Procella software, * PDCA project follow-up, * Data collection and analysis, * Updating and monitoring control plans. **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled in **Industrial Engineering** (Mandatory) \- Must reside in Puebla or Amozoc de Mota (Mandatory) \- Knowledge of statistics (Required) \- Analytical mindset \- Creative thinking \- Teamwork \- Leadership \- Valid facultative insurance (Mandatory) **Competencies:** \- Intermediate/Advanced English \- Proficiency in: Excel, Minitab, Qdas. **Benefits:** \- Support for completion of professional internship requirements \- Significant financial support \- Hands-on experience in the field \- Staff cafeteria \- Personal protective equipment (PPE) Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 4 \- 6 months Salary: $10,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Relocation/Moving capability: * 72990, Chachapa, Pue.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Application questions: * In which neighborhood do you live? * Part of the interview will be conducted in English — do you possess the necessary language skills to complete it? * Do you have experience with Excel, Minitab, or Qdas? * Do you accept the monthly gross financial support of $8,300?
