




Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate with an interest in Human Resources to support recruitment processes, personnel file administration, data entry, and activities related to workplace climate, training, and internal communication. Opportunity for professional development and growth **Responsibilities** * Support in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV review, candidate follow-up). * Support in personnel file control and archiving. * Administrative support within the HR department. * Data entry and updating. * Support in workplace climate, training, and internal communication activities. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Availability to work part-time **in the morning.** * Interest in the Human Resources field. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to complete a 3-month internship (summer). **We Offer** * Financial stipend of $5,000 per month. * Schedule from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (morning shift). * Issuance of professional internship or social service certification (if applicable). * Excellent work environment. * Opportunity for development and growth within the department.
