We seek committed individuals with a proactive attitude and energy to become part of a dynamic team dedicated to making every event exceptional. **Job Description:** We are seeking an Executive Chef with experience in preparing banquets and hors d'oeuvres for events. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and train human resources to carry out their duties, fostering a positive work environment and teamwork * Supervise and control proper handling procedures to avoid unnecessary losses or waste * Plate dishes considering visual balance of elements, highlighting the main component through height and volume for visual interest and impeccable presentation * Apply plating techniques **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or related field 2 years of experience Availability (MANDATORY) Professional appearance **Skills:** Leadership Teamwork Service-oriented attitude Strategic planning Punctuality and responsibility **Compensation:** Per event (up to 6 hours) Additional payment for overtime Payment upon completion of the event **Employment Type:** Per-event (freelance) ***Important:*** ***This position is event-based; therefore, variable availability according to schedule is required.*** ***An interview and practical assessment will be conducted.*** Job type: Full-time Salary: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per day Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
