Job Summary: We are seeking interns to support administrative management and human resources activities, applying academic knowledge in a real-world environment and participating in process improvement. We are looking for candidates who wish to complete their professional internships at our company (agreement with BUAP). Responsibilities: • Focus on administrative management and HR support (recruitment and selection, file management, contracts, onboarding, offboarding). • Practical application of academic knowledge in a real-world setting. • Monitoring of personnel, strategic, and administrative activities. • Verification of compliance with interdepartmental agreements. • Preparation of reports, presentations, and information for decision-making. • Management of databases, personnel files, and internal HR indicators. • Participation in process improvement, organizational development, and operational optimization. • Support in meetings, minutes, and follow-up of commitments, with mentoring and potential employment opportunity.
