**BIM MANAGER** **AREA INDUSTRIAL PM** is an engineering and project management firm with a highly specialized team possessing extensive experience in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. **POSITION:** Responsible for managing projects and optimizing processes within the BIM methodology, controlling workflow, establishing standards, and coordinating teams involved in the project to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ● Develop construction project models using 2D and 3D digital models to represent the project's physical information throughout its entire lifecycle—from planning through construction, maintenance, and renovation—while maintaining direct contact with suppliers and clients regarding project status and progress. ● Conduct on-site surveys of constructed Special Systems installations. ● Record construction progress and update the project model accordingly. ● Design metal structures. ● Model complete installation systems with the required level of detail to generate detailed quantification drawings. ● Model disciplines such as hydrosanitary, stormwater, electrical, and mechanical systems. ● Produce required detailed designs and construction drawings to complete the project engineering documentation. ● Coordinate with other engineering specialties within the team to integrate them into the BIM design. ● Construction planning. ● Cost estimation. ● Site analysis. ● Design of the construction system. **PROFILE** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * Desired: 6 years of experience in industrial facility projects * Experience managing and interacting with clients * Leadership skills * Responsible and organized * Advanced English proficiency * Proficient in AUTOCAD, REVIT, LOD 300 **WE OFFER:** Statutory benefits.
