Make a difference, tackle exciting challenges, and build a professional career that reflects who you are. **Join us and be part of the adventure of the century!** **Job Mission,** As a **Service Technician**, your mission is to **timely and properly address the requirements and needs of various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent complaints or dissatisfaction**. **Your Impact** You will directly contribute to our mission by performing key functions such as: Conducting inspections for high and low consumption, measured pressures, data verification, and service-related requests Inspecting meters and installations for zero consumption or potential fraud, in accordance with established procedures Performing disconnections, reconnections, meter installation and removal, and modifications to installations Maintaining control of meters, materials, and work evidence per current policies Complying with and promoting Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, Environmental Protection, and Social Responsibility standards **Requirements** **Education and Experience: Completed technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Automation and Control** **1 year of experience handling gas, general plumbing, and measurement equipment** **Technical Skills:** Basic Office software proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Standard vehicle operation with valid driver’s license **Key Competencies:** Conflict management / Negotiation skills Customer orientation Teamwork Working under pressure Results-oriented Adaptability to change Effective communication **Languages:** N/A **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At ENGIE, we foster an environment where you feel free to bring your best self.
