Job Summary: Responsible for executing and maintaining on-site inventory control, ensuring proper handling of materials from receipt through dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. Dispatch handling at the counter and point of use **OBJECTIVE:** Execute and maintain on-site inventory control to ensure proper handling of materials under the incumbent's responsibility—from material receipt, safeguarding, and organization through proper dispatch to the customer. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive materials arriving at the Site and properly register and organize them both physically and in the system. * Safeguard materials both physically and in the system for accurate tracking. * Organize, clean, and preserve materials located at the Site. * Execute dispatch operations at the counter and point of use. * Perform proper dispatch and handling of chemicals, following safety protocols (where applicable). * Perform any other duties required in support of the position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environment procedures. * Know and follow area procedures documented in the SGI. Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Secondary school **EXPERIENCE:** 1 year as a Warehouse Associate **KNOWLEDGE:** 1. Knowledge of materials dispatch and safeguarding. 2. Knowledge of 5S methodology 3. Service orientation 4. Inventory management
