Development of a positive organizational environment At **HRA Consulting Group**, a leading consultancy firm specializing in restaurants and hotels, we are looking to bring onboard a **Human Capital** professional with a strategic and operational mindset, responsible for managing key collaborator lifecycle processes while promoting a positive, company-goal-aligned organizational environment. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Execute recruitment and selection processes (job posting, interviews, candidate evaluation). * Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new collaborators. * Administer personnel files and ensure compliance with labor regulations. * Support performance management and evaluation follow-up. * Develop and implement workplace climate and organizational culture initiatives. * Coordinate training sessions and internal development programs. * Manage payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, etc.). **POSITION PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of recruitment processes and basic labor legislation. * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, HR platforms). * Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits * Professional development opportunities * Productivity bonuses This is a hybrid role requiring one weekly office visit and client visits as operationally required.
