




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Provide personalized customer service via email or phone calls, addressing inquiries about the service and/or providing information about offered products. · Enter customer material requests into the system. · Maintain and update control records or logs of orders entered into the system. · Prepare requested reports. · Perform continuous data entry. · Track the shipment of materials related to orders throughout the entire process, from order creation to delivery to the end customer. · Provide and/or propose solutions to any issues that arise during service delivery. · Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and/or messages. · Prepare reports, official letters, and documents requested by the immediate supervisor. · Provide support in activities from other departments within the company when required by the immediate supervisor. **EXPERIENCE:** · Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience performing administrative tasks. **EDUCATION:** · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (completed or in progress) **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** · Proficient in Office suite (Excel preferred) and office equipment · Basic knowledge of bidding processes. · Proactive · Organized · Attention to detail · Numerical aptitude · Ability to work under pressure **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:36 pm Flexible availability Type of position: Full-time Salary: Starting at $8,500.00 per month Type of position: Full-time Pay: Starting at $8,500.00 per month Work location: On-site
