




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant for a rehabilitation clinic, responsible for recording transactions, reconciliations, tax management, and preparation of financial reports. Handling audits and continuous updates Rehabilitation Clinic "Llave de luz" is looking for: **Accounting Assistant** Professional degree in Business Administration or Finance is mandatory. **Work Conditions:** Salary: $12,000 **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with availability for special events. All statutory benefits **Minimum 2 years of experience in:** Tax regulations, accounting improvements, professional updating, taxation, electronic invoicing, basic tax knowledge (VAT, ISR), use of accounting systems (Aspel, basic SAP) **Main Responsibilities** * Accounting Recordkeeping: Entry and classification of journal entries, invoices, income, and expenses. * Bank Reconciliations: Verification of financial transactions against internal records. * Management of accounts payable and receivable * Document Control: Organization of tax receipts, payroll records, and accounting files. * Tax Calculations * State and Federal Tax Filings: Preparation, calculation, and submission of tax returns in accordance with current regulations. * Financial Reporting: Preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules. * Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of accounting principles, tax legislation, and tax obligations. * Preparation of bank reconciliations * Support in preparing tax returns * Billing control and CFDI validation * Filing and organization of accounting documentation * Support in monthly closings * Handling internal or external audits * Experience with payment reference numbers (líneas de captura), IDSE registrations and cancellations with IMSS **Skills** * Proficiency in accounting software and tax platforms (CONTPAQUI, SAT, state portals). * Excel (intermediate level) * Organizational skills * Responsibility * Handling of confidential information * Attention to detail and numerical analytical ability. * File organization and management. * Adaptability to learn new processes and systems. * Continuing education courses on tax regulations, electronic filings, and accounting system usage.
