REQUIREMENTS: .6 Months of experience in customer service and attention. . High school diploma. . Excellent personal appearance **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Warmly receive guests. Verify the assignment and distribution of host areas for the day as designated by the head waiter. Follow the hostess service sequence. Register reservations and tables via the OpenTable system (name, phone number, celebration, guest allergies), as well as through phone calls. Provide complimentary entries to guests. Clean your area, including floor, glass, podium, accessories, and equipment. Accompany guests to their assigned table in a courteous manner, never leaving them behind, sharing information with guests while walking to the assigned table. Deliver physical food and beverage menus, explain them to the center of the table, perform seat marking procedures when applicable.
