Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and sales closing abilities, teamwork, results- and goal-oriented mindset (both individual and team goals), and willingness to travel. Professional appearance. Disciplined and results-oriented. Responsibilities: Develop the current customer portfolio through cross-selling and assigned leads from digital campaigns and corporate partnerships to perform the following: Close sales via outbound telephone calls Conduct prospecting by providing quotations from various insurance companies and explaining product benefits. Collect payments for insurance policies. Maintain database records with contact outcomes. Ensure renewals of assigned policies Place policies through cambaceo (visiting companies and labor unions) Working Conditions: Salary: MXN 20,000 gross per month, plus commission scheme. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fully on-site work in Puebla.
