We are looking for your talent to fill the Nurse position for our student community. **Job Objective:** To provide preventive and curative medical care to students, ensuring a safe and healthy environment during school hours. **Requirements:** * Intermediate English * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (degree and license completed) * 2\-3 years of experience in similar positions **Responsibilities:** * Provide first aid when required by the Canadian School community. * Administer treatments and medications prescribed by medical professionals, with prior written authorization from parents or guardians. * Prepare and submit medical incident reports whenever students visit the school nurse's office. * Assess the severity of medical incidents and follow established protocols for transferring students to medical facilities, sending students home, and communicating with parents or guardians regarding the student's condition. * Coordinate with parents or guardians to complete the student's medical form during the enrollment process for inclusion in the student's medical file. * Identify and assess health needs and required care for members of the school community. * Ensure the student medical files remain up to date. * Promptly detect and report possible contagious or epidemic diseases to the relevant departments to develop necessary prevention and surveillance plans. * Coordinate and manage vaccination campaigns for students and staff. * Design campaigns to prevent disease occurrence and reduce risk factors in the workplace. * Ensure optimal maintenance of the school nurse's office and medical kit, guaranteeing that medications and supplies are current and in appropriate condition. * Prepare purchase requests for medical supplies, medications, and materials required by the department. **We Offer** * Monday to Friday schedule * Free parking * Benefits beyond statutory requirements * Continuous training Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Sick leave days * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
