**Traffic Analyst – Last Mile** **Position Type:** Full-time \| On-site **Area:** Logistics / Distribution At **Grupo Dalvi**, we are looking for a **Traffic Analyst – Last Mile**, responsible for **ensuring efficiency and punctuality in deliveries to our customers**, coordinating daily routes, monitoring units in real time, and guaranteeing excellent service. If you enjoy logistical challenges, have an analytical mindset, and can maintain control under pressure, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and assign daily routes considering volume, distance, and delivery times. * Monitor delivery units in real time using GPS tools or TMS systems. * Adjust routes or reassign units in response to operational incidents. * Track scheduled deliveries and validate proof of delivery (POD, photos, digital signatures). * Generate performance reports and delivery metrics. * Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to resolve issues. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor's in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in traffic coordination, logistics coordination, or last-mile distribution. * **Knowledge:** * Route management platforms and GPS monitoring. * Urban route planning and local geography. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, reports). * Logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, returns, productivity). **Key Competencies:** * Analytical and logical thinking. * Organization and operational control. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Decision-making ability under pressure. * Service orientation and compliance. **We Offer:** * Salary: 11,400 gross * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities. * Collaborative work environment.
