**Field Collector** Job Description: * Conduct home visits to negotiate and ensure the recovery of assigned accounts. * Analyze the debtor's financial situation and offer payment options. * Ensure recovery of the assigned portfolio. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Collections Agent, at least 6 months (ideal). * Fieldwork experience. * Basic knowledge of mobile phone and internet functions. * Prior knowledge of customer interaction and negotiation. * Good communication skills. * Frustration tolerance. * Familiarity with the area. * Age 20 years or older. * Education: High school diploma, bachelor's degree in law, or related field. * Must have personal transportation, preferably a motorcycle.
