This is **not** a basic helpdesk role. Own****Customer Support \& Network Troubleshooting*** Respond to customer issues involving: * + connectivity problems + latency + packet loss + VoIP quality + routing issues * Troubleshoot: * + bonded root cause analysis + configuration changes * Participate in rotating after\-hours emergency support (1 week/month) * Consult with business customers on: * + redundancy + failover + network
