Job Summary: VIMEX ELECTRONICS is seeking a Mechanical Designer to coordinate the design department, create 3D molds, and verify equipment functionality and material availability. (The amount stated in the job posting is for informational purposes only.) **Statutory Benefits:** * IMSS, statutory vacation days, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo) * Statutory non-working days as marked on the official calendar * Paid birthday leave Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Proven prior experience as a design engineer * Demonstrated experience using CAD software, SolidWorks * Experience applying safety standards and assessing environmental impact of designs * Manual dexterity * Attention to detail * Experience designing mechanical and automated systems * 2\-3 years of verifiable experience * Coordinate the design department and develop 3D product molds for functional testing using CAD software. * Verify equipment functionality and material availability; report maintenance, repair, and supply needs to immediate supervisor; prepare activity and work completion reports. * Design components for requested projects.
