Their primary function is to validate that physical deliveries exactly match supporting documentation (invoices, delivery notes, or purchase orders), thereby ensuring inventory data integrity from the moment of receipt. **Key Responsibilities** * **Data Entry:** Record quantities, part numbers, lot numbers, and descriptions of received materials in the system. * **Documentation Verification:** Verify that the supplier’s invoice or delivery note matches the authorized Purchase Order (PO). * **Label Generation:** Print and assign identification labels (barcodes or QR codes) so floor staff can locate goods. * **Discrepancy Reporting:** Identify and document shortages, overages, or damages in received goods to initiate claim processes. * **Filing and Control:** Maintain orderly digital and physical files of daily receipts. * **Internal Communication:** Notify the Procurement Department when critical or non-conforming materials arrive. **Education and Experience** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree in Administration or Logistics. * **Experience:** 1–2 years in similar roles (warehouse, inventory control, or data entry). * **Tools:** Proficiency in basic Excel. **Skills** * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to detect minor errors in codes or quantities that could impact inventory. * **Integrity:** Honest handling of information and materials. * **Sense of Urgency:** Ability to process workloads during peak unloading hours. * Personnel management Shift rotation availability Preference for residing in Santa Catarina or having no transportation constraints to the location 100% warehouse-based work in rack areas—not office-based Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
