At **CAB Medical**, a clinic with over 14 years of experience in infusion treatments and medical services, we continue to grow and seek committed individuals with a service-oriented attitude to join our team. **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WITH SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE** **Requirements:** * Experience in general maintenance and systems (CCTV, PRINTERS, NETWORKS) * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and civil construction * Availability for physical work * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality * Ability to commute to the workplace **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities * Carry out basic construction activities (patching, minor construction, finishing, repairs) * Install, adjust, and repair equipment and infrastructure * Identify failures in electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems * Inspect facilities and equipment to prevent hazards * Verify proper operation of safety equipment * Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to detect anomalies * Report defects and propose solutions * Maintain order, cleanliness, and functionality in work areas **We offer:** Monthly salary: **$15,000 gross** before taxes Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus) Additional benefits: * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Medical expense insurance * Free uniform * Discounts at affiliated establishments * Growth opportunities Location: C.
