Focus on profitability and continuous improvement An industrial warehouse construction company is seeking a **Construction Manager** with a proven track record in managing industrial projects, strong financial acumen, and high-impact leadership. This role is critical to aligning strategy, operations, and profitability across multiple concurrent projects. **Position Objective** To comprehensively manage construction operations, ensuring projects are executed on **time, budget, quality, and profitability**, fully aligned with business strategy. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategy and Leadership** * Translate strategic objectives into executable operational plans * Define project organizational structure (e.g., PMs, Superintendents, etc.) * Assess technical, financial, and legal feasibility of new projects * Participate in tenders and commercial strategies **Execution and Control** * Oversee multiple projects using KPIs (costs, margins, cash flow, productivity) * Authorize budgets, adjustments, and critical decisions * Ensure contractual, regulatory, and safety compliance * Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and strategic procurement **Leadership and Management** * Lead multidisciplinary teams (\+10 people) * Coordinate middle management and department heads * Maintain direct relationships with strategic clients * Resolve technical, operational, and financial conflicts **Project Closeout and Continuous Improvement** * Validate technical, financial, and administrative project closeout * Analyze outcomes and profitability * Document lessons learned * Implement process, system, and operational improvements **Required Profile** **Experience** * \+10 years in construction project management * \+10 years leading multidisciplinary teams * Experience managing multiple concurrent construction sites * Industrial construction experience preferred **Education** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Office, Project, AutoCAD * Neodata / Opus * Construction ERP systems * Financial control, budgeting, and KPIs * Construction regulations and contract management * Strategic planning and critical path analysis * Risk management and continuous improvement **Language** * Intermediate\-Advanced English (≈80%) **Competencies** * Strategic leadership * High-impact decision-making * Financial and operational analysis * Planning and organization * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Executive communication * Results orientation and ability to work under pressure **Offer** * Salary: **$35,000 MXN (negotiable based on experience)** * Payment: Biweekly * Benefits: Statutory * Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm * Saturdays: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm (on-site) * Work modality: 60% office / 40% field * Travel: Occasional * Requirement: Valid driver’s license **What Will Set You Apart** * Demonstrable experience in meeting construction schedules * Proficiency in physical\-financial project control * Experience using construction ERP systems * Strong track record in profitability and cost control * Proven leadership of technical teams If you possess the required experience and seek a strategic position with direct impact on business growth, **apply through this channel** Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * How many construction projects have you managed simultaneously, and how many people have reported to you? * In which construction sectors have you worked (industrial warehouses, residential housing, general industrial, etc.)? * Salary expectation * How would you rate your CONVERSATIONAL English level (basic, intermediate, advanced, native)? * Please list the tools (software, programs, systems, or ERP) you have used (e.g., Project, AutoCAD, Neodata / Opus) * Years of experience as a Construction Manager Work location: On-site employment
