




Main responsibilities * **Payroll calculation and processing:** Prepare weekly or biweekly payrolls, calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits. * **Incident management:** Record and process updates such as overtime hours, absences, leave requests, disabilities, and vacations. * **Tax and social security calculations:** Determine and calculate payroll taxes, as well as employer-employee contributions for IMSS and INFONAVIT. * **Payroll receipt stamping:** Generate and stamp payroll receipts so employees can receive them. * **Benefits settlement:** Calculate final settlements, severance payments, vacation pay, and other social benefits. * **Procedures and documentation:** Carry out procedures with government agencies such as IMSS and SHCP, and prepare necessary documentation for audits. * **Control and reconciliation:** Verify and reconcile payroll data with accounting and bank records. * **Employee support:** Address employee inquiries and handle complaints related to payroll matters. Knowledge and skills * **Technical knowledge:** Requires knowledge of labor and tax laws, payroll calculation, severance payments, taxes, and social security. * **Skills:** Must have strong attention to detail, be organized, responsible, and comfortable working with numbers to avoid calculation errors. * **Tools:** Proficiency in payroll and accounting software is essential, including invoicing programs and human resources systems.
