





Main responsibilities: * **Record management:** Collect, enter, and process financial and accounting data into the company's systems. * **Invoicing and collections:** Issue invoices, track collections, and manage accounts receivable to keep them up to date. * **Payment processing:** Process supplier payments and monitor accounts payable. * **Reconciliations:** Perform bank and other account reconciliations to ensure balance accuracy. * **Inventory:** Participate in the preparation and control of the company's inventory. * **Report preparation:** Assist in creating accounting and financial reports, as well as those required for tax filings. * **Expense control:** Monitor expenses and verify account balances. * **Payroll:** Assist in payroll calculation and accounting, along with other related payments. * **Inconsistency reporting:** Report any anomalies or inconsistencies found in financial information to the accountant.
