Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates security and cleaning services, detects vulnerabilities and proposes improvements, ensuring operational continuity and customer service. Risk management and preparation of operational reports **CORPORISA is seeking an Operational Supervisor at the Industrial Park \- Ixtlahuaca, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience managing staff (security and cleaning) * Proper documentation * High school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify that security services are executed in accordance with instructions * Conduct physical inspections (patrols) throughout the facilities * Ensure full shift coverage (24/7 if applicable) for both cleaning and security services * Detect vulnerabilities and propose improvements * Provide customer service * Submit payroll-related incidents * Coordinate, direct, and supervise security and cleaning personnel * Validate staff attendance, punctuality, and appearance * Assign roles and strategic positions * Continuously train staff on security protocols * Identify potential risks (theft, intrusion, accidents) * Implement preventive measures * Coordinate emergency response actions (fires, evacuations, incidents) * Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports * Validate service logs * Maintain records of incidents, updates, and instructions.
